A beautiful hand-blown bottle manufactured in the 1920's by Steuben Glass in Corning, New York. It is Steuben Shape No. 3463, Spiral Ribbed, executed in Light Amethyst. The bottle has Steuben's classic polished pontil mark and is unsigned.
This lovely piece stands 4 3/4" high to the top of the cover and measures approximately 2 1/2" square on the bottom. Both bottle and lid are in very, very good undamaged condition. There are no chips, cracks or regrinds and there is no staining. The glass has a wonderful clarity and, of course, that wonderful brilliance of Frederick Carder era Steuben glass.
