For men or women this is a very interesting and unusual, handmade 1970s mid century, sterling silver ring with black, green, yellow and blue enameling. The enameling looks like an artistic interpretation of the earth, sun, sky and darkness. All handmade; possible Native American or Southwestern. It is marked 925, tested and guaranteed to be solid sterling silver…..not plated. It also has another marking which looks like a fish shape and dots. The enameling is deeply recessed mosaic style and done by hand. The top is 1″ long. Ring size is 8 1/2. The bulk of the ring is the enamel work so although it is large it is also lightweight and easy to wear. Weight is 4.3 grams. Other than a small wrinkle in the bezel, likely from the original hand making, the condition is excellent, gently used. No dents or dings tears or splits. No wear to the enamel work. The enameling is still solid, bright and colorful; not worn down. This is a showy statement ring for your vintage jewelry collection. The bulk of the ring is the enamel work so although it is large it is also lightweight and easy to wear. Weight is 4.3 grams.
