Welcome. Once again this is an item from the "time warp" estate where everything old looks new. Although vintage this tray is near perfect. Even the original "made in Italy" sticker remains on the back side. Most of this type of fine Italian marquetry of mahogany, burl and satinwood comes from the Sorrento region in southern Italy.
