This is a wonderful antique solid brass nautical telescope with antique solid brass tripod legs. The telescope features an upper spotting scope with telescope mounted below. The spotting scope and telescope are mounted on an adjustable tripod. This telescope is a fully functioning nautical piece that has a high power lenses to produce a clear and large image. The main telescope measures approximately 15 1/2" long with removable ocular piece and lens cover. The smaller spotting scope is about 7 1/8" with removal eyepiece. The tripod stands about 14 1/8" long (fully extended). The circular disc on the side measures trajectory degrees. There are 10 replaceable brass screws on the tripod but it doesn't affect the stance, overall it is wonderful antique condition.
Highly collectible piece and a great buy for nautical collectors! (Nautical WI-WII Nautical Telescope, all brass tripod are rare)
