Vintage cotton dance skirt, Benetton, made in Italy, ruffles, prairie.
It is pretty sweet, fully lined in light cotton muslin. such a flattering shape. The 2 layer ruffles exist in the front and back only. It is in excellent condition, no issues. Flat measurements, waist 31 inches, waist to hem 23 inches.
I may have put this on my model sideways.
