Vintage jacket, chenille & tapestry, 40's fabric, handmade.
It's the jadite green of the 40's combined with the lush print of a vintage drapery. I bought this decades ago. It's funky and fabulous. The chenille probably came from a vintage chenille bedspread, not a robe, because it has fringe. One of a kind jacket, it hangs straight from the shoulders, 3/4 sleeves, 3 large, vintage buttons, Art Deco Era.
The tag states it is a small, but I wouldn't say that. Bust 42 inches, Length 22 inches, including the 2 & 1/2 fringe. It is in great condition, a few minor fabric pulls, not very noticeable, mentioned for accuracy. The hem may have fallen out of the sleeves, I don't remember how it was finished, but the hem tape matches perfectly.
Clean and fresh and ready to wear, soft and comfortable. It is unique.
