Art Deco diamond ring, filigree platinum, 1.1ct band.
It is fascinating, all those diamonds, set in open work in a geometric flower / sunburst design that repeats 4 times around the band. There are 40 diamonds in all, most are single cuts, one is an old European cut, strategically placed in the center of one of the patterns. All of the diamonds are in open back settings. Total weight, approximately 1.1 carats.
It is a wide band, 10mm and is around a size 8, since it is a wide band, it might fit a bit smaller than an eight. It would be difficult to size, and couldn't be made larger, platinum could be added to the inside to make it smaller probably. It is in excellent condition, no problems, it gleams and sparkles. I have shown it to my appraiser, and it's replacement value (diamonds & platinum) is $3.500. Even though the listing states I won't ship internationally, please inquire, I would for our regular customers.
A unique ring, low profile, you would wear it everyday, it would make a fabulous, vintage wedding band.
