A vintage signed Miriam Haskell Pearl Necklace, multi strand.
With an elaborate clasp, hand made with rhinestones, a large, glass pearl and groupings of glass seed pearls. It is a floral, possibly grape vine design.
The glass pearls have a rich, golden sheen, in some of the pictures, they appear too pink.
The necklace is 17 & 1/2 inches long at the shortest point, the perfect length!
1930's or 1940's, it is in excellent condition. The finish on the pearls still gleams, they were never sprayed with perfume and worn gently. The only notable loss I see is in the back, by the clasp, there is some verdigris (can be cleaned off) and the pearls closest to the clasp have finish loss. There may be a missing rhinestone in the clasp, it will be replaced.
