Alvin Manufacturing Company sterling silver souvenir spoon, dedicated to the World's Columbian Exposition held in Chicago in 1893 to celebrate the 400th anniversary of Christopher Columbus's arrival in the New World in 1492. It has ornate handle and embossed depiction of a sailing ship in bowl.

This amazing spoon is 5 5/8" long and weighs 24.3 grams.
