Colorful and vintage globe with keystone or Moorish arches and Trinity stars along the bottom the milk glass. The globe would date to the 1920's when there was a very strong European influence in design and architecture of that period.
Fits well into Craftsman, Tudor, Spanish Revival, Arts & Crafts, Gothic, or Storybook styles.
This is one of two similar, this one has a clear layer of glass on the outside of the globe. This process of layer glass is known as "cased". It adds a bit a depth to the globe when lit as the edges of the clear glass layer reflects the light in a different way.
This design of fixtures were typically found in churches but now are a wonderful way to add some color and style to today's kitchens, baths, and bedrooms.
