Large and heavy vintage industrial ceiling fixture at 17 inches across the bottom of the top shade. Both pieces of glass are in excellent condition with no noticeable chips and no cracks. The undulating or wave pattern around the bottom of the upper shade is repeated between the ribs of the bottom shade. Strong dental molding around the top of the bottom shade was a common feature in commercial fixtures of their day. Today these are a welcome addition to vintage inspired kitchens and bathrooms.
Heavy duty shade holder is dated March 14, 1912, can handle up to 250 watts.
