Here is a factory dress circa 1930 for a Patsy type doll. It is made from a red polka dot cotton fabric that is trimmed in solid red.

Size: Center front: 5 1/2 ", Neck opening measures 4 1/2", Bottom circumference is 15".

Excellent condition.

Great to have a factory dress when you need it.
