30” Outstanding French Bisque Poupée de Mode Rare doll by Francois Gaultier
30" (76 cm.) Bisque head full facial modeling, very wide brown glass eyes known as "wrap-around", pronounced dark eyeliner, painted lashes, arched feathered brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with defined space between the shaded lips, dark blonde human hair wig over cork pate, pink kid leather body with composition hands, fully articulated and can sit as pictured. Dressed in stunning dress with Poppies flowers on her skirt and blue velvet top adorned with fine lace, her skirt has layers of lace, 4 petticoats and crinoline, old black leather shoes and silk socks, fine organza bloomers, she has very fine bend on her head with wax flowers. She is dressed to impress and will make fine addition to any fashion doll collection.

Condition: She had restoration in Brussels October 16, 1911(has original label inside as pictured). She has very fine hairline on her forehead and some wig pulls, other than she is in good condition for her age. Stands on pink kid leather jointed body in good shape.
