Truly an outstanding example of one of the most beautiful, classic German dolls ever made, this Handwerk Simon & Helbig has so much going for her. With blue enchanting glass stationary eyes, beautiful face and a sweet vintage dress, this beauty will remain a gold standard doll in whatever collection she enters. In fact collectors really prize top examples of even the most common dolls. And this beauty is far from common. Take a close look at our photographs of this amazing child; we promise she will not disappoint.
She has a wonderful bisque socket head with blue glass eyes real mink lashes, an open mouth with four square-cut upper teeth, pierced ears, and a dimpled chin on a beautifully molded face. She stands at 28” tall on an original antique fully-jointed wood and composition body, and wears her original soft blond human hair wig.

CONDITION: Excellent. The bisque head is free of any cracks or hairlines, or restoration only small factory fleabite on top of her ear as pictured, and is beautifully molded and painted. The wood and composition body has some areas of age-related wear and touchups, but retains much of its original finish, only one hand repainted.
