For some reason, I always have a difficult time passing by a fabulous wood bowl. I have them in many different sizes and different woods and I display them around the house filled with apples, oranges, pine cones or whatever I need them for. This rosewood bowl has to be one of the nicest bowls I have seen during my years of collecting antiques. It is so simple and elegant. First of all, rosewood has a very close grain and it is very strong and heavy. The rich deep patina is spectacular and I really like the shape being low as it beautifully displays its contents. It is also stunning to just leave it empty.
