Overall good condition. I'm not sure who the maker is. The frame is made of metal (not 100% sure what type - it feels like cast iron) and is marked No 1007.P on the back. I did not clean it up so it is somewhat dirty but the front has some copper finish left on it in some places. The back has several discolored areas and some rust. It is the frame only - there is no glass or mirror to go in it. It measures about 14" tall. There is a quarter in one of the photos for a size reference.
