Here is a 17" antique Martha Chase painted cloth doll that is super cute and wearing a darling blue check playsuit. Doll was played with and shows some general light wear, soil, paint loss and probably paint touch ups. No breaks, on original cloth (sateen is the term?) body and outfit is in nice shape, but unknown if original. Great hands on these dolls and looks like applied ears. The head has some cracking to the thick paint and prominent seam lines. This is not a mint antique cloth doll, most aren't, but this sweet doll has so much charm! I love it and hope you will too!
