Estate circa 1950's vintage perfume scent bottle. This is a most unique violin shaped scent bottle with an engraved southwest or Mexico design of a large hat and serape clad amigo taking a siesta under the shade of a large cactus tree with the sun shining down. The shape, form and silver smith workmanship is absolutely beautiful. The perfume dabber / stopper features a 9 mm round deep dark ruby red garnet cabochon set in a plain silver bezel. I attempted to capture the rich color of the stone in the photo's but was not able to do so. The end of the dabber has a tiny spoon contour. The bottom of the bottle is stamped .925 sterling. with the initials HO..
