This is an old vintage Afghan Kuchi ring that is a silver toned metal. It featured two worn and aged glass centers, on in red and the other blue. It sits up high on the hand and had a great pattern on the band. Great ethnic piece wear on it's own or with a handful of rings for a bohemian, Bollywood style! This is a unisex piece that can be worn by a man or a woman.
Please keep in mind that most Kuchi and Turkoman / Turkmen / Turkomen items are old and used items with a distinct aged patina. They are a nomadic Afghan people who have created amazing jewelry for centuries. Their colorful jewelry combines new, old, metal, beads, coins, stones and fabric. Many pieces are worn due to being used from every day wear, tribal celebrations, belly dance and wedding uses. They are made with a coin-base metal alloy.

Please examine enlarged photos for details. This is much more beautiful in real life! I am not an expert on vintage jewelry, but I do buy and sell what I love! Since these items are vintage, they may have a wonderful aged patina and are not meant or expected to look brand new. I treasure their imperfections as part of their charm and history.
