Wow, this is a huge pair of exotic tribal earrings, tassels, pendants or traditional hair ornaments. I love these! These Middle Eastern bohemian beauties consists of mixed metals in brass and silver shades. Ornate dark silver colored metal forms a bell shape. Tons of tiny dangles hang down! The ear section is inlaid with glass jewels in red . More dangles hang from these. Lots of movement when you turn your head. These are heavy enough to be considered ear weights.
Jumka / Jhumka / Jhumki Earrings - This style dates back to ancient times. Jumka refers to the traditional bell shaped earrings design from India. This design has been popular in many tribal areas. Dangling elements from the dome shape creates a fringe.

Please keep in mind that most Kuchi and Turkoman / Turkmen / Turkomen items are old and used items with a distinct aged patina. They are a nomadic Afghan people who have created amazing jewelry for centuries. Their colorful jewelry combines new, old, metal, beads, coins, stones and fabric. Many pieces are worn due to being used from every day wear, tribal celebrations, belly dance and wedding uses. They are made with a coin-base metal alloy.
Please examine enlarged photos for details. Much more beautiful in real life. I do not polish my vintage jewelry and silver as some people like the aged patina. I am not an expert on vintage jewelry, but I do buy and sell what I love! Since these items are vintage, they may have a wonderful aged patina and are not meant or expected to look brand new. I treasure their imperfections as part of their charm and history.
