I love these old silver, (80 - 95% silver). Middle Eastern earrings! These are old Afghan nomad earrings that have a fabulous, naturally aged patina. I love the intricate detailed work these have. Tiny filagree wire fills the crescent shaped earrings. Silver dots frame the edge. Turquoise glass is inset for a pop of color. Totally gorgeous! The ear wire is slightly thicker than our U.S. standard, so please check the photo. Fabulous old finds!
Old Silver - The Afghan / Pakistan old silver pieces that I carry are between 80 - 95% silver. These are higher quality pieces and their aged silver patina color is fabulous. This is one of several old nomadic silver pieces that I have listed, so please check those out also! These are at least 50 years old.

Please keep in mind that most Kuchi and Turkoman / Turkmen / Turkomen items are old and used items with a distinct aged patina. They are a nomadic Afghan people who have created amazing jewelry for centuries. Their colorful jewelry combines new, old, metal, beads, coins, stones and fabric. Many pieces are worn due to being used from every day wear, tribal celebrations, belly dance and wedding uses. They are made with a coin-base metal alloy.
I am not an expert on vintage jewelry, but I do buy and sell what I love! Since these items are vintage, they may have a wonderful aged patina and are not meant or expected to look brand new. I treasure their imperfections as part of their charm and history.
