This is a beautiful, ornate vintage tribal bracelet. This Afghan beauty is inlaid with big red composite jasper stone. This piece has great detail work from the patterned texture and twisted wire accents in mixed silver metals. The large round stone is the centerpiece of this. Two tear drop stone insets are on each side. Nice and wide in the front but tapers to the back so that it is more comfortable to wear. Let your bohemian tribal style fly free with this beauty!
***THE TWO GRAY SPOTS ON THE STONE WERE JUST DIRT! I cleaned them off after the photos!***
As with many of my Middle Eastern bracelets I was able to get a second one. So if you want one for each wrist, check out the other one too!
Please keep in mind that most Kuchi and Turkoman / Turkmen / Turkomen items are old and used items with a distinct aged patina. They are a nomadic Afghan people who have created amazing jewelry for centuries. Their colorful jewelry combines new, old, metal, beads, coins, stones and fabric. Many pieces are worn due to being used from every day wear, tribal celebrations, belly dance and wedding uses. They are made with a coin-base metal alloy.

I lightly polish my vintage jewelry and silver as some people like the aged patina. I am not an expert on vintage jewelry, but I do buy and sell what I love! Since these items are vintage, they may have a wonderful aged patina and are not meant or expected to look brand new. I treasure their imperfections as part of their charm and history.
