On offer is a handsome Mexican sterling silver (marked-see photos) handmade flexible bracelet set with five different types of opaque stones and having a tongue-in-box clasp. The bracelet measures a total of 8 3/16” in length (7 1/2” wearable length) and 5/8” wide at its widest points. The teardrop shaped stones appear to be turquoise, azurite, malachite, sugilite (most likely dyed material) and black onyx. I say “appear to be” because I cannot guarantee that each stone is all natural and untreated, but the look of these stones is quite attractive. The teardrop shaped stones are inlaid in a teardrop shaped silver link which alternates with a separate silver link which is hollow and a stylized thick “v” shape. The piece is in very good, used, estate condition with no damage to the silver or stones—in short it is ready to wear! The bracelet is marked on the back (see last photo) with the word “MEXICO”, 925 and the maker's mark which is “C-11” inside a rectangle. The piece dates from sometime after 1980 based on its markings and would be a versatile piece to wear with anything from jeans and a tee to business/day wear.
