This pair of earrings is wonderfully 3-dimensional with stylized leaves made to look like Toledo work (they are not as far as we know) with a combination of gold-tone and silver-tone metal along with intricate texturing on them. There are also 3 other dimensional scrollwork "leaves" which alternate with the larger ones and the center of the earrings is set with a single creamy white faux pearl. They measure 1 3/16" at their widest point by 1" tall. I wish I knew where these were made and the maker, but alas I do not. I think they are probably from the 1950-60's period and they are earclips. They are in great used condition and ready to wear. Unusual and very pretty!
