This vintage Weiss bracelet is one of those drop-dead-gorgeous sparklers you'll wear to the opera AND the movies.
It has that classic glam that only comes with Weiss jewelry.
From 1942 until 1971, the Weiss Company produced some of the world's most elegant costume jewelry, boasting singular quality and design.
Their jewelry lines were advertised in the highest end fashion magazines in the era.
Aside from being wildly collectible, Weiss continues to provide an exemplar among collectors for the end-all be-all of fine costume jewelry with this incredible bracelet.
The bracelet is a really fun size and has some seriously substance.
It is characterized by five rows of round-cut clear rhinestones framed on both sides by a single row of baguette rhinestones.
The surrounding metal is silver-tone and shines brilliantly.
The bracelet joins with a rhinestone-encrusted nesting clasp. A small safety chain provides a bit of extra security during wear.
You will find the traditional oblong "Weiss" hallmark placard on the reverse of the clasp.
This mark dates from the 1950s.
Through the reverse of the clasp shows some minor darkening and finish loss, the bracelet remains in otherwise very good vintage condition.
If you want to be the center of attention at your next gathering, then this piece will certainly draw their eye.
It is something that belongs on a runway.
