Founded in 1901 by Emanuel Cohn and Carl Rosenberger, the Corocraft Jewelry Company produced exquisite items of unique jewelry like this necklace well into the 20th century.
This is not a demure necklace. It is dramatic in its size and style.
This gorgeous necklace dates from the 1950s. It is a stunning and timeless piece.
This beauty is a marvel of mid-century style, design and elegance.
It features a fantastic tasseled pendant suspended from three strands of substantial chain.
The necklace is comprised of three strands, two of which are a great, textural double-rolo while one is a slightly narrower curb.
It's the fabulous, wildly textural pendant that really catches the eye.
It is comprised of a large half-dome component featuring dozens of shiny bumps giving it the most wonderful tactile quality.
8 lengths of double-rolo chain emerge from inside the half-dome component to form a gorgeous tassel.
The free-moving bale at the top of the pendant matches the texture perfectly, and adds to the delicious balance and movement.
The necklace joins with a stylish fold-over clasp. The underside of the clasp bears the stamped "Corocraft" hallmark. The mark was predominately used in the 1950s.
As you can see, the necklace shows almost no wear at all and remains in outstanding vintage condition.
This is one of those high drama pieces that is fit for the runway. Dress simply and let it do all the talking.
