This pretty vintage Kramer necklace dates from the late 1950s, and has a look that is absolutely timeless.
Though the Kramer Company produced their own elegant designs from 1943 to 1980, they manufactured jewelry for Christian Dior between the '50s and '60s.
Kramer designs still stand the test of time, proving to be fashionable and highly-collectible over 30 years after their doors were closed.
This necklace features a simple but supremely stylish design characterized by bright white beads and golden spacers.
As you can see, the brilliant white of the smooth round beads is complemented beautifully by the textural, brushed goldtone spacer beads.
The brushed finish gives the smaller goldtone beads a dynamic, highly-dimensional quality.
The necklace joins with a fold-over clasp which is embraced by two goldtone components that match the spacer-beads.
You will find a stamped maker's mark on the reverse of the clasp which reads "Kramer©".
This mark was first implemented in 1955.
Showing only the tiniest amount of wear, this fun, fashionable necklace remains in excellent vintage condition and will make the perfect accessory all year round.
Necklace is 21" long, 5/16" wide and 5/16" deep
