Très chic! These vintage French sunglasses just scream retro glamour.
These beauties have a great cat eye shape with a lustrous iridescent taupe finish on the exterior. The inside of the frames and arms is a dramatic opaque black.
As you can see, it's the little details that make these sunglasses really sing, like the slight scallop design on the arms and the Deco inspired rivets on the frames.
The dark green lenses remain in excellent condition, with only one or two teeny flea-bite scratches.
There is a printed white mark on the interior of the right arm that reads "France" in bold capitals.
The original manufacturer's sticker is still attached to the left lens but can be easily removed. The little sticker is in the shape of the Eiffel Tower and reads "France Doscar".
With only the tiniest amount of wear, these fabulous sunglasses remain in outstanding vintage condition.
All the designers agree: cat eyes are in (they never really go out).
Vintage sunglasses are rapidly becoming highly collectible.
Collectors know that fashion cycles over and over again and what is hot will be hot again. Collecting vintage glasses mean you will always have THE original designs (and bragging rights).
These are so Hollywood glam, we love them!
