This vintage hat has a sexy, exotic look combined with the elegant, streamlined grace of 1940s style.

Made of luxurious black velour, the cap is characterized by excellent construction. This little beauty looks fantastic when worn on the crown of the head, or tilted jauntily forward.

The top of the hat is embellished with a dome-shaped accent made of tightly woven silky black cord.

Two "tassels" that culminate in little coiled "pom poms" hang down from the dome, creating a fun and alluring accent.

Inside, the hat remains unlined though a narrow ribbon of luxe black grosgrain lines the inner-band.
