Here is a darling hat from Vincent Harmik. Its bold shape and bright color put it squarely in the 1960s; think Twiggy and Marisa Berenson.
The hat is covered in a layer of rather stiff woven white wool. As you can see, the brim bends straight upward at the break and rises higher in the front than in the back.
The interior of the hat is lined with thin white grosgrain while the interior band features a wide ribbon of black grosgrain. The original "Vincent Harmik" tag is attached to the black ribbon.
Our favorite part is the big white poof at the front of the brim.
There is a small yellow spot on the front of the crown, and a few other light spots, but the hat remains in very good vintage condition overall.
This darling hat would be picture-perfect in your collection, but we think it's just too fabulous not to be worn.
