This unsigned beauty is made of pot metal with a matte silver finish on the back. The front is very dimensional and features a bouquet of fanciful flowers, with one large bloom in white with light blue accents, and one large bloom with dozens of tiny petals painted a coral pink with mauve purple accents. At the bottom of the nosegay are a multitude of cheerful yellow and orange flowers. The leaves and stems are painted in two shades of green. The painted enamel is in good overall condition with lots of edge wear. Both of the large flowers are further accentuated with large faux-pearl centers surrounded by clear rhinestone encrusted stamens. The finish on the pearls is in great condition, and there are no missing rhinestones.
The pin is beautifully constructed and has a secure roll-over pin mechanism anchored at both ends that operates smoothly and is in excellent working order. It's a heavy pin best suited to a thick sweater or a jacket.
This is a large pin, measuring a bit over 3" by 2 3/8".
