This is a fun rebus puffy heart with a repousse key and keyhole surrounded by flowers, and translates as 'Key to My Heart'. The design is nice and crisp with a lovely patina that really accentuates the details. Circa 1940s, and in good condition.
Marked sterling on the back, and has been lightly etched with the name 'Etta' in amateur script. The backs of this style of puffy heart have a flat plane, and the back of this one is slightly dented, which may have happened in the course of etching the name.
Measures approximately 5/8" tall, which is average puffy heart size. In the last photo it's shown next to a dime for scale.
