This circa 1940s heart is double-sided with a sinuous ribbon and bow interspersed with berries bordering a central raised heart. The center of the heart on the front of the charm has been professionally hand-engraved with the name 'Lois' in a pretty script. The silver has a mellow patina, and the heart is in overall good condition.
The back is marked sterling.
The 'average size' puffy heart measures approximately 5/8" tall, and this heart is slightly smaller in size. Shown in the last photo next to a dime for scale.
