This puffy heart features features a finely petaled chrysanthemum flower in high relief. Circa 1940s, the detail and patina are wonderful.
The back is marked sterling and has been professionally engraved with the name 'Lana' in a lovely script, with little embellishments above and below. This vintage heart is in very good condition with no dings or dents.
Measures approximately 5/8" tall, average puffy heart size. Shown in the last photo next to a dime for scale.
