This jewelry piece was designed from a photo of the great Russian ballerina, Natalia Makarova, performing in the ballet, "Swan Lake". It is one of several designs originally made of 18k gold, platinum and diamonds. Miss Makarova is the owner of these pieces. I have used my original mold to create this beautiful design in 18k gold plate on Britannia, with a chain of 18k gold plate on brass. Britannia is lead-free pewter. The dancer pendant is approximately 1 3/8 inches high and 1 1/8 inch wide and is beautifully sculpted on front and back. The piece was designed to convey an experience of the wonder of dance. My hallmark is on the back.
