A catalogue of public sale items, in two hard bound volumes for the 1941 Parke-Bennet Galleries auction of the art collection of Mrs. Henry Walters.
The catalogue contains descriptions and photographs, some in color, of 2176 art items - paintings, sculptures, tapestries, porcelains, rugs, silver, jewelry, bronzes, including Asian, Gothic and Renaissance Art. The auction was conducted from April 23rd to 26th, 1941, prior to our entry into WWII.
Both volumes include personal notations of prices realized. They were the property of antiques dealer Moses VanBrink.
A small selection of artists includes Jon Von Beers, Jean Boldini, Gainsborough DuPont, Adolphe Monticelli, Pierre Rousseau, Peter Rubens, Sir Anthony Van Dyck and Atelier.

The condition of both volumes is near mint with some fading of the cover of volume II.
