This early smith-made piece features six hanging hooks, four with stylized, opposite facing birds on coiled tree-like perches. It measures 23 1/2" wide and 16 1/4" tall.

Likely late 18th or early 19th Century and made by a talented smith, judging by the fine detail work and twisted frame elements.

Found in early homes by the fireplace for hanging cooking/fireplace utensils.
