This early 1900s postcard is lovely. Many people use these now to create their own cards: you can either glue these on to card stock, or insert them in "corners" so the actual card can be removed and saved. I'll enclose four transparent "photo corners" so you can make cards for your friends and family. Or you can simply collect them as I do, for their beauty and history!
This Divided Back (1907-1915) postcard is nicely embossed for dimensionality. It depicts a Cross in the back, with Purple Flowers and a river in the foreground. The caption says "Easter" And the quote says "Oh heaven! and could some wondrous secret show--Did we but pay the love we owe? And with a child's undoubting wisdom look On all these living pages of God's book."
This was postally used, and address to Mrs. John Warsaw in Lyndon, Juneau Co., Wisconsin.
Condition is very good, on both the front and the back.
You have two options for shipping: 1)It can be sent in a plain regular business envelope. That was how we postcard collectors bought and sold them 30 years ago, and they arrived fine. But you would not have tracking. That option costs $1.00. or 2) I can send this by 1st Class Package, in which I place the card in an envelope with cardboard inserts. You would have tracking, and that option is $4.00
