Here’s a vintage 1960s Cloche style hat made by Dana Marte Originale that has an unusual color combination. The rose (with a very slight hint of Mauve) fur felt is just as soft as it can be and the red grosgrain ribbon bows that trim the sides of the cloche are a bit unexpected. You don’t often see red with rose, but it does work and it looks really pretty. The crown is high and rounded with a red grosgrain ribbon band sewn across the middle of the crown. The narrow brim is wired and the hat is unlined. There’s an inner rose grosgrain ribbon hatband. The beautiful fur felt body of this hat is typical of the quality usually found in those made in Austria. This hat will be perfect if you are looking for the style of a cloche with a bit more modern 60s flair.
