Here’s an interesting polyester 1970s scarf by Diane Von Furstenberg made in Japan for Baar & Beards, Inc. The print consists of white butterflies trimmed in black and rusty orange fluttering against a steel gray nighttime sky background. White half moons and clouds are also in the print. There’s a border filled with butterflies and small dainty white flowers as well as little orange ones as well. The hem is machine stitched. The color combination on this small square vintage Diane Von Furstenberg scarf is also attractive and unusual.

Condition: No issues to note regarding the condition of this scarf. In the photos, you may see lighter areas on the scarf. This was due to the light creating a sheen on the scarf. I just wanted to be sure that this does not come across as “fading” to the material. This scarf is not faded at all.

The designer’s signature in white letters, Diane Von Furstenberg, is incorporated into the print of the scarf and appears at the bottom right hand side of the scarf.
