What a glorious and unusual heavy poured wax child. In all my years I have never seen this girl before. She's not the usual wax baby, but a little girl. She has bright blue gently side glancing eyes that give her extra special character. She has the most wonderful human hair inserted wig. The curls have never been combed or tampered with so are full and beautiful. She is surely a girl made during the civil war. She looks just like the little girls seen in the Daguerreotype photographs of that era.
Beauty is wearing antique bloomers, skirt and blouse, knit sweater, antique stockings and shoes. The brown ribbon at her waist matches the velvet ribbon in her hair. She is just so early and so wonderful!
Her wax head has no damage. Her wax hands are in nice condition with a small flake under her right hand pinky. Under her antique stockings and shoes, her lower legs are very nice antique muslin replacements.
