American sterling silver hand wrought large serving bowl with ribbed sides and a hammered finish in an Arts & Crafts style by The Kalo Shops of Chicago and New York c.1930. Marked 914, with attempted removal. Marked 6. Monogrammed "G" in applied block period script.
This attractive large serving bowl measures 8 3/4" in diameter, 2 1/4" tall, and weighs 14.3 ozt.
The soft, warm, original finish is present, with no buffing or machine polishing.
