Victorian era English sterling silver open salt dish, standing on 3 applied feet. It is decorated with repousse floral patterns and beaded rim. On the front, there is an engraved ornate script monogram "B". Made by Henry Wilkinson, London, 1872.
This admirable dish is 2 1/8" in diameter, 1 1/4" tall and weighs 49.8 grams or 1.6 ozs Troy.
The soft, warm, original finish is present, with no buffing or machine polishing.
