Victorian era English sterling silver open salt dish in repousse designs, featuring floral patterns. It has three applied figural feet and ornate top border. No monograms. Made by Robert Harper, London, 1855.
This beautiful salt is 2 7/8" in diameter, 1 1/2" tall and weighs 69.2 grams or 2.2 ozs Troy.
The soft, warm, original finish is present, with no buffing or machine polishing.
