Continental European 800 silver hammered serving bowl, standing on three applied figural feet in form of a dolphin. It has applied border with two cast handles in open-work design, featuring baby or cherub faces. On the front of the body, there is an engraved depiction of the sailing ship. No monograms.

This whimsical bowl is 6 7/8" long across the handles, 4 1/4" in diameter, 2 1/2" tall and weighs 188.3 grams or 6.07 ozs Troy.

The soft, warm, original finish is present, with no buffing or machine polishing.
