Handwrought Edwards Napkin Ring Arts Crafts Period Sterling Silver 1915
American Silver hand wrought napkin ring done early in the Arts and Craft Period by Robert W. Edwards of Oakland, California c.1900. He was in business from about 1880 to 1905.
This beauty has an applied border with a stunning hand hammered finish and bears the initials O.H. done in an Arts and Crafts script that perfectly complements the border.
The elongated, hexagonal napkin ring is 2 3/4" long, 7/8" wide, 1" tall and weighs 30 grams.
The excellent original condition and clear, crisp detail, with no removals, repairs or alterations, make this an especially attractive offering.
The soft, warm, original antique finish is present, with no buffing or machine polishing.
