Scottish sterling silver Colonial Revival style sugar shaker or caster, having faceted body with banded octagonal foot, detachable beautifully pierced cap and figural urn finial. Made by Hamilton & Inches, Edinburgh, 1900.

This attractive shaker is 2 1/2" in diameter at the widest, 5 1/2" tall (without the finial) and weighs 135 grams or 4.35 ozs Troy.

The soft, warm, original finish is present, with no buffing or machine polishing.

The excellent original condition and clear, crisp detail, with no monograms, removals, repairs or alterations, make this an especially attractive offering.
