Fabulous Regency Jewels shiny black crystal pin which measures 1 3/8 inches by 1 1/2 inches. Shiny jet black crystals bursting in all directions . Usually in an oval cartouche pieces were marked 'REGENCY', sometimes with a copyright mark and earlier pieces with 'Regency Jewels, Company was in business from 1950 until 1970. It was first the Regina Novelty Company which was based in New York City and owned by the Polowitz family. The jewelry produced was known for spectacular color hues, high quality designs, superior materials and fine workmanship. This is a wonderful example in excellent condition.
