A lovely gold-filled cuff bracelet made of brass in the late Victorian era, circa 1890. This cuff bracelet has some very ornate and organic hand engraved floral work around the cuff. At the center of the bracelet there is a large bezel-set citrine gemstone that is lively and multi-faceted. The citrine is an oval that measures approximately 3/4 x 1/2 in size. It is open-backed so the light shines in through it and makes it extra luminous. The cuff is well made and has a lot of flexibility. It has a nice soft yellow color to it. Some of the gold fill is visibly worn but this only highlights the very small details on the flowers and does not deter from its beauty. The bracelet measures approximately 1/2 an inch wide. It has a buckle at the wrist that allows you to wear it at three different sizes. It fits a wrist of up to 7-3/4 inches. A warm piece of jewelry to add some color to the colder winter months! Citrine is known as the stone of the sun and here on this lovely bracelet is resembles just that!
