This Art Deco silver case works as a decorative object as well as a safe holding place for small items. It has an attractive ribbed design the covers the entire outer surface of the piece. The sides are an eye shape with radiating lines from the center outwards, similar to beams of light.
The interior is in great condition with a nice gilt gold wash. There are halmarks located on the lip of the closure. The lid works well and closes tightly to safely hold objects inside. There is a marking “935” for silver and “W” for Vienna. This piece weighs 4 ounces and measures about 3 1/4” long by 2 1/3” wide by 1 1/4” tall.
